Before your appointment:
A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all services. Deposits will go towards the remainder of your balance.
NO CHILDREN. Sorry, we love children but A.M. Guest House is a lab-designed studio with technology. The space is perfect for you but isn’t safe for your little one, please leave them safe at home.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
No call, no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
During your appointment:
Please arrive 5 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to get settled into the space to complete any necessary paperwork in the waiting area.
All equipment and high touch surfaces will be disinfected between each use in addition to every hour.
Staff members are required to wear masks during the service but attendees(clients) are not required to.
